Meet Jess Richardson
I was born and raised in Edgewater, CO and can’t imagine anywhere else I’d want to raise my own family. After graduating from CU Denver in 2006 I moved to Breckenridge, CO where I spent winters enjoying the snow and summers enjoying the snowmelt and Colorado’s thrilling whitewater as a river guide. My husband and I returned to the front range in 2015, and continue to enjoy as many outdoor adventures as possible, including the adventure of raising our 2 children, Molly (4) and Elias (2) and rescue mutt, Rio. After many years in the hospitality and management fields I pursued real estate in 2016 with the goal to bring the highest level of integrity to the table for my clients. I bring a passion for excellent client experience, a focus on attention to detail and the same dedication to guiding my clients through every obstacle of the often turbulent real estate market as I would a complex rapid.
