It is without hesitation that I recommend Austin as a Real Estate Professional! Austin helped guide our family through the process of buying our dream home. With that being said, we were picky. Austin had the patience to guide us every step of the way over a 6 month period. His local knowledge of the market and neighborhoods helped us narrow our focus. Any time an opportunity appeared he was there in an instant. We looked at a lot of homes, putting many miles on our vehicles. Our initial meeting entailed of an overview of the entire process (buying and selling) , a current market overview, then a Q/A session so he could customize our home search. My wife and I were immediately impressed and we decided to work with him and his team.
We sold and bought through Arnold. The selling portion was very simple for us. He arranged very professional staging and photos and it was a quick success. We sold for much more over asking price. Arnold protected us by insisting that we demand a 60 day rent back in order to give us time to sell. I trusted Arnold to work through all the details. In terms of buying, Arnold's team was always responsive and ready to show us a home when we wanted. We saw roughly 10 homes before getting under contract. Arnold managed all the details and it was painless for us.
No review is trustworthy without constructive criticism as well. Arnold was working hard behind the scenes but we did not always know that. Sometimes a few days would pass and we would be wondering on the state of certain things. I know Arnold did not want to bog us down into details that we didn't really need to know, but for my personality type I would have preferred more details.
Overall working with Arnold was a great experience, I would highly recommend him and if we are ever in the housing market again I will gladly work with him.

We found Arnold through the Dave Ramsey preferred realtor program (which is a very selective group of realtors) and we have been nothing but pleased with our decision to stick with him and his team. He set us up with a solid plan and great portal for finding homes and we found the home we decided on in the first couple weeks. We made a competitive offer, closing in less than 30 days (!!!) and Arnold and his team rolled with it. We always felt taken care of by the Path Home Team.
We knew very little about the closing process when we put in our offer but we now feel like pros because of the work Arnold put in to help us feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. We had attempted to buy a home in the early 2000s, resulting in foreclosure. At the time we had listened to a realtor who advised us to buy the very most house we possibly could qualify for. We certainly should have been better educated and we should have been more selective about who we put our trust in. That was terrible advice, and then when we decided to buy a home again in 2020, we had a lot of baggage! We had made enormous mistakes our first time so trusting somebody was very difficult for us. Our process took nine months. The market was crazy hopping mad, and Arnold had the knowledge we needed, but gave me the many months that it took for me to get familiar with the market. He answered literally a hundred and one questions, he dealt with my inquisitive moods, anxious fearful moods, angry moods, overexcited moods... In every case, Arnold protected me From myself! He enabled me at the speed I needed psychologically, emotionally, which was slow and cautious! At the same time he coached me that when the time came to buy I would have to switch gears and be faster. He was incredibly kind, patient, and help me rein in my own worst impulses. He helped me understand every angle and every possible what if... This home-buying journey was for us more than educational! It was a reckoning of our past mistakes, our future potential, the incredibly hard hard work we put into our credit and financial stability over the last 10 years. He helped all of that come to fruition and gently guided decision-making, not only with knowledge and market finesse... But with heart, kindness, and understanding. I didn't realize going into it how much I needed all of that support! I didn't interview a realtor that way, asking if he would be able to navigate my many hesitancies and the pitfalls of my past. He was a realtor that understood the market AND he became a guide that understood my past mistakes and current trepidations. Arnold became like a psychologist that waited for my moods to pass or sent information to calm my misgivings. He was a source of information AND a source of emotional stability. So, with every ounce of my being, I want to thank Arnold for becoming a lighthouse in my fog! He provided a slow steady light that guided me to the right places, the right answers, and ultimately the right home! He helped me not only believe that we could do it, he actually tangibly educated me in the ways to really see and understand how we could do it again and do it better this time. I realize now , I had more emotional needs than some; one of the things that was soothing for me was the level of professionalism and his absolute knowledge of the market. The hours at which he would respond to me, very very late at night and well before the sun came up in the morning... helped us make our dream come true, and we are sleeping well at night! He helped me sell my house after I had already moved out of state for work. Since I was gone him and his team had to do a lot more work than an average sale. Dan and Kenzie each communicated quickly with me And took care of every little issue we came across.
The buyer of my property was very nitpicky and unorganized with a rather inexperienced realtor that caused a lot of issues throughout the sale. Steven dealt with every single problem they caused without skipping a beat. He’s a strong knowledgeable negotiator and very well-versed in local permits and regulations and everything related to selling a home. He took a lot of stress out of the entire process. I wish I was still living in Colorado so I could use him anytime I need to buy or sell a home.

Our home was very unique in that it was rural, in the foothills, with the water provided by a cistern and within a hundred yards of RR tracks. The home had gorgeous views and recent updates. Due to the uniqueness of the home it was difficult to gather information for comps and pricing but Arnold worked very hard on overcoming obstacles the home had and found a buyer that was perfect for the home. Arnold also represented us in buying our newly built home and made sure an independent inspection was completed in a timely manner and all the items on the inspection was addressed.
