4 Critical Things We’re Focusing On in 2024

Here’s what we plan on focusing on for 2024’s housing market.

Thank you so much for supporting and keeping in touch with me this year! To celebrate, I'd like to share a couple of key focuses for 2024: 

1. Leveraging my database and connections. Given the current surge in real estate-related lawsuits, especially those concerning buyer agency and compensation, it's crucial to ensure our outreach aligns with legal standards, respecting do-not-call lists and TCPA regulations.

2. Providing more value to my buyer clients. With the prevalent legal concerns around buyer agency and compensation, we're refining our buyer consultation packets and intensifying the value we offer. I foresee the industry shifting towards a more concierge or transactional model—low cost with high service. This shift presents an opportunity, and we plan to capitalize on it by attracting more clients, gaining market share, and starting with those we already know.

3. Focusing on real estate investing. Equipping my team with more resources to guide clients in building wealth through investment is essential. Real estate offers significant asset protection and growth opportunities, coupled with numerous tax benefits. While we're not turning into CPAs or financial advisors, we aim to be well-versed enough to engage in meaningful conversations with clients about the benefits of real estate investment.

4. Checking historical data on election years. Engaging with clients on their opinions about election results has proven valuable in the past, leading to new listings. It's essential to approach these conversations without taking a stance but rather guide clients based on market data.
